Janome's latest creation has a host of new features for embroidery and quilting enthusiasts on a machine that makes light work of any size project. The Horizon MC12000 is now compatible with Horizon Link™, enabling a real-time PC connection. Your editing screen can now be as large as your PC monitor. Use your mouse to drag, drop and edit, with the results of your work displayed directly on the MC12000's screen. Because the unit slides onto the back of the machine, the MC12000 allows you to do free arm embroidery on cuffs, sleeves and other hard-to-reach places. The MC12000 sees the introduction of a 9 mm stitch width for quilters and sewers alike with twenty new feet designed specifically for this width. And we've increased the stitch width to 9mm ! Shadow free lighting is provided by 5 bright white lights whilst quick and easy stitch selection can be made on the large touch screen or with the jog dial. Choose from nearly 1,000 stitches including alphabets and numbers, some great fun play stitches and 11 styles of automatic buttonholes. Memorise a combination of these ... the 8900QCP will calculate the length of the combined patterns just to make sure they fit into the available space on your fabric. Patterns can be elongated up to 5 times standard length and they can be flipped and saved as your favourite stitch.

Other special features include an automatic needle threader

Industrial-Style Cover Stitch Machine: When professionals in the fashion industry finish a garment, they don’t just hem it on a sewing machine. They use a cover hem stitch.
Now you can achieve the same professional finish with the CoverPro 1000CPX. It gives you the perfection of an industrial model with the ease-of-use of a home sewing machine. The MyLock 744D with electronic control is an advanced overlocker with 2 needles and 2, 3 or 4 thread overlock stitching. The differential feed ratio, which is adjustable from .05 to 2.25, provides exceptional control for handling all types of fabrics and for creating desired special effects. Threading is a breeze due to colour-coded thread guides and a self-threading lower looper. Simply lay the thread into the guide, flip a switch, and the lower looper is threaded. The guide is automatically returned to its normal position when you turn the balance wheel. And when you lift the presser foot for rethreading, the thread tensions are automatically released so you can draw the thread smoothly. The MyLock 744D also lets you quickly switch to rolled hemming without changing the needle plate. A lower looper pre-tension stitch eliminates the need to change tension for rolled hems. And for those awkward cuffs and trouser buttons there is even a freearm conversion. So when you want to make the most of your time and get professional results, the MyLock 744D is unmatched. 

The MyLock 644D includes essential features for simple serging. The differential feed system of two feed dogs virtually eliminates puckered edges on woven fabrics and stretched edges on knits. Its unique rolled hem conversion feature eliminates the need to change the needle plate, foot, or tension setting for rolled hemming. Janome has restructured the lower looper guides for easy access. Colour-coded guides are easy to follow for 2, 3, or 4 thread serging. All of the features on this machine are specially designed to make this serger the easiest to use on the market today.
